Mr Poirot: The Tale of Walter Ackroyd

Description

Agatha Christie’s most famous detectives receive the Mr Men Little Miss treatment!

Hercule Poirot meets Mr Men and Little Miss in this new story, written and illustrated by Adam Hargreaves. Loosely inspired by The Murder of Roger Ackroyd, but with a clever and funny twist for younger fans, this mystery requires the greatest mind in Europe solve it!

Have you met Mr Poirot – a new Mr. Men character who is a famous Belgian detective, like someone Agatha Christie fans have already met?!

Mr Poirot has retired to the countryside, where he is trying to grow marrows when he meets a worm called Walter with a tale to tell. His uncle, Roger Ackroyd has gone missing and so has Lord Mean’s money. It’s time for Mr Poirot to come out of retirement as he has a case to solve!

This is the third Mr Poirot mystery in a mischievous new partnership, publishing alongside Little Miss Marple: A Surprise is Announced. The first four titles are also available: Little Miss Marple: Muddle at the Vicarage, Mr Poirot: Mischief on the Nile, Little Miss Marple: Bump in the Library and Mr Poirot: Mystery on the Opulent Express.
